Piltox provides an AI-powered consultation platform that helps users generate product ideas, blueprints, and related recommendations based on voice and text inputs. Our Service includes:

• AI consultation and idea generation
• Product blueprints and recommendations
• Access to templates, resources, and related content

The content generated by our AI is for informational and planning purposes only. It should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

• We offer free and paid subscription plans, as described on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay).
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as applicable).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are provided only as per our Refund Policy (if applicable).

• Free users receive 3 AI responses (trial) as described on the platform.
• Paid plans include additional consultations and credits as per the selected plan.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle (unless stated otherwise).

When using Piltox, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or illegal information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any applicable law.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality on Piltox, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Piltox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

The product ideas, blueprints, and recommendations generated by our AI are based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and validating the output. Piltox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated content for any specific purpose.

We may use third-party tools and services (e.g., payment processors, AI models, hosting providers) to operate Piltox. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

Piltox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the Service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that harms the Service, other users, or our business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
